Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I do not charge a cancellation fee for occasional cancellations because I know things come up and life can get crazy.
However, if late cancellations or rescheduling become a pattern, a 30% cancellation fee may be charged.
NO SHOWS: After one no show, a card on file will be required for all future appointments. A 50% no-show/broken appointment fee will apply to any future missed appointments that went without proper notice. Please remember that other clients may be hoping to book your appointment time, so out of respect for everyone's time, I truly appreciate receiving timely cancellation notice whenever possible instead of no-show.
